Day 1: Arrival day

Pickup at Jose Marti Havana International Airport and transfer to the Santa Isabel hote/5* in the historical centre (20 Km./30 min.) Accommodation at Santa Isabel hotel/5* on Bed & Breakfast basis. (Upgrade to Superior Room depending on Hotel Availability) Santa Isabel hote/5*: Located just a few meters away from the foundation place of the Village San Cristóbal de La Habana, the magnificent mansion of the Santovenia Counts became, in 1867, the favorite hotel for shipowners, artists, traders and distinguished travelers who chose it due to its comfort and elegance. After being reopened, in the late 1990's, the Santa Isabel hotel still keeps the comfort and distinction that always characterized it.

Day 2

09:30 AM – Tour on horse car and walk around the historical centre of Habana Vieja. Discover Ancient Havana from a comfortable and elegant horse carriage in the XIX century style: Port of Havana, Remains City Walls, Train Station, José Martí's Birth House , National Capitol Building and the former Presidential Palace. Visit to the City museum, former Captain General’s Palace. Walking tour along the main streets and squares of the Historical Centre (Arm’s Square, St. Francis of Assisi’s Square, the Old Square and the Cathedral Square) Tour by the Cortina de Valdes and the ancient arsenal. 12:30 PM – Lunch at La Bodeguita del Medio restaurant. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3

10:30 AM - Art and Color: A tour that invites to visit and participate in the cultural projects of the Historical Centre. Visit to the Cuban Fine Art’s Museum. Visit to the art galleries on Obispo Street. Visit to the Engraving Workshop at the Callejón del Chorro. Visit to La Casona Cultural Centre (Naïve Art Diago Gallery) and the Centre for the Development of the Visual Arts in the Old Square. Visit to the Hand-made Paper Workshop. Visit to the studios of Ernesto Rancaño, Roberto Fabelo, Zaida del Río, Pedro Pablo Oliva, Ángel Ramírez, Nelson Domínguez, (The occurrence of these visits will be subject to the availability of the artists) Visit to the studios of Carmen Montilla and Eduardo Roca (Choco). Afternoon at leisure. 7:00 PM – A panoramic drive in Old American Cars along Havana Seafront and the residential neighbourhoods from the 1940’s and 1950’s. 8:00 PM – Dinner and Show at Parisien Cabaret. Visit to the Havana Club Rum Museum A visit to the Havana Club Museum of Rum isn't merely a journey back to the origins of Cuba 's most famous beverage. From freshly cut stalks of sugar cane to a reconstitution of a distillery and ageing cellars, the museum offers a real-time experience of the rum-making process, as well as a taste of true Cuban culture. Afternoon at leisure. 7:30 PM – Cannon Fire Ceremony La Cabaña Fort, the biggest one ever built by the Spanish in the Americas, witnesses one of the oldest traditions of the city. Join the locals to enjoy the legendary 9:00 p.m. Cannon Fire Ceremony at La Cabaña Fort. Tour of La Cabaña Fort. Visit to Arms and Fortresses Museum on site, as well as the former Ché Guevara’s Commanding Headquarters. Visit to San Carlos Chapel. Join the legendary Cannon Fire Ceremony.

Day 5

Transfer Havana - Las Terrazas (74 Km/50 min.) Accommodation at Moka hotel/4* on Bed & Breakfast basis. The Hotel Moka is located on a wooded hillside in a forested area overlooking a valley with a small lake. The hotel is surrounded by a complex where the locals live. There are restaurants open to all, and in particular, an organic, veggie restaurant which is highly recommended. The lobby and surrounding areas are fantastic with trees coming through and incorporated into the building. Bath in San Juan River natural pools (optional)

Day 6

Visit to the Community Las Terrazas. Visit to a former coffe plantation (taste of a Cuban coffee). Lunch at a Cuban typical restaurant (1 drink included)

Transfer Las Terrazas - Cienfuegos (334 Km. /4:30 hrs.) Lunch at Palacio de Valle restaurant (1 drink included) The Palacio del Valle in Cienfuegos is a restaurant and a museum, housed in a 1913 neo-Moorish mansion. It boasts a terrace with spectacular view. City tour of Cienfuegos Walk along Prado of Cienfuegos Walk along the Boulevard of Cienfuegos Visit to the main Park of Cienfuegos (Jose Martí Park) Visit to the Thomas Terry Theater. Accommodation at Boutique La Unión hotel/4* on Bed & Breakfast basis. Right in the heart of the city of Cienfuegos, La Union Hotel offers all the services of a modern hotel along with the appeal of colonial surroundings. 8:00 PM – Dinner at Club Cienfuegos restaurant This beautifully restored building was Cienfuegos Yacht Club and was the result of the old maritime tradition of Cienfuegos inhabitants. Day 8

Excursion to Trinidad (81 Km/day excursion) Trinidad was founded in 1518 by Diego Velázquez as a base for expeditions into the New World and it was from here that Hernán Cortés set out to conquer Mexico. The city became rich due to sugar exportation, however after the sugar price crashed in the 19th century, many wealthy families left and the town fell into decline. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an excellent example of the early days of Spanish colonisation, with preserved buildings, cobbled streets and hardly a trace of modern architecture. The centre is only accessible by foot, which makes it a great city to walk around. City tour of Trinidad Visit to a local pottery workshop Lunch at “Don Antonio” Restaurant Located in an old mansion of the early 20th century, this restaurant is the most popular in Trinidad Visit to the Sugar Mill Valley of San Luis The valley, which along with Trinidad's historic heart, was declared Humankind's Heritage by the UNESCO, holds several ruins of sugar mills, summer houses, barracks and other facilities used in the sugar-making process Dinner at hotel restaurant

Day 9

Transfer Cienfuegos - Varadero (181 km./2 hrs.) Accommodation at Mansión Xanadú hotel/5* on Bed & Breakfast basis. Mansion Xanadu was built in the 1920’s by U.S. millionaire Irenee Du Pont, complete with a nine-hole course for his private enjoyment, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. Named "Xanadu", after the exotic palace built by the legendary Chinese warrior and conqueror Kublas Khan, it features precious woods that were brought especially from Santiago de Cuba for the ceilings, stair rails and columns, while the floors and bathrooms were done in Cuban, Italian and Spanish marble.
